Can i have treatment on the same day?
Yes, in NSW you can proceed with treatment on the same day if after the consultation you are deemed medical suitable and have no contraindications to treatment.

That is the process:
Your appointment begins with a thorough consultation where Ella will assess your facial anatomy, listen to your concerns, and recommend a personalised treatment plan, in conjunction with the medical team. There is no pressure to proceed, this is your time to ask questions and feel fully informed. A complimentary review appointment is included with every initial treatment, giving Ella the opportunity to assess your progress and address any questions.

Australian law prohibits the advertising or naming of prescription-only injectable medicines in public-facing materials. This consultation is about understanding your concerns and exploring your options not promoting products.

Muscles of the face

Wrinkle reduction treatment works by relaxing specific facial muscles that cause lines and folds when contracted. Understanding which muscles are responsible for each concern helps Ella deliver a precise, targeted result in each area treated.

Pre and post care

Pre-treatment

Before your appointment, following your consultation and approval by the medical team, there are a few simple steps to help ensure the best experience. It is generally advised to avoid alcohol and certain supplements for at least 24 to 48 hours prior, unless these are prescribed for medical reasons. On the day of your appointment, please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and avoid vigorous exercise or heat exposure including saunas or hot yoga. Please inform Ella of any recent illness, dental work, vaccinations, or other medical procedures, as these may influence your treatment plan. Personalised preparation advice will be provided as part of your consultation.

Post-treatment

Post care instructions will be provided verbally and sent via email on completion of your appointment. Common advice includes avoiding pressure on the treated area for at least four hours this includes lying down flat, touching or massaging the area, or applying makeup immediately afterward. It is also advised to avoid strenuous physical activity, alcohol, and hot environments for 24 hours. Some mild redness or small bumps at the treatment sites are completely normal and typically resolve within a few hours. Gentle skincare can be resumed the following day, and daily use of SPF is recommended. A complimentary review appointment is included with every initial treatment.

Forehead Injections
Forehead
Frontalis wrinkles are lines that run horizontal when we are expressive and raise our brows up or give a surprised look. Commonly occurring with age due to the gradual laxity and thinning of the frontalis fat pads.
Frown Lines
Frown Lines
The corrugator supercilii and procerus muscles draw the brows inward and downward, forming vertical creases between the brows. These lines can create a consistently stern or tired expression. Treatment of this area is one of the most popular at Ella Burgess Aesthetics.
Crows Feet
Crows Feet
The orbicularis oculi muscle contracts with every smile and squint, gradually forming fine lines at the outer corners of the eyes. Treatment softens these lines beautifully while keeping your smile looking warm and completely natural.
Platysmal Bands
Platysmal Bands
The platysma is a broad, flat muscle in the neck that can develop vertical, rope-like bands with age. Targeted treatment relaxes these bands to restore a smoother neck profile and improve the definition of the jawline from below.
Facial Slimming
Facial Slimming
Overactive jaw muscle (Masseters) can give the appearance of a jaw that is large or squared for the face. Treatment can reduce the face width to the ideal oval or heart shape, relieve symptoms of clenching and teeth grinding
Hyperhidrosis
Hyperhidrosis
Excessive sweating in areas such as the underarms, hands, and forehead can be significantly reduced with wrinkle reduction treatment. Injections temporarily block the nerve signals that stimulate sweat glands, providing reliable and long-lasting relief.
Gummy Smile
Gummy Smile
Excessive amount of gum show under the top lip when smiling is caused by the hyperactive muscle from the upper lip elevators. The unwanted show of excess gum can restrict a person’s ability to smile and laugh comfortably.
Dimpled Chin
Dimpled Chin
A pebbled or “orange peel” texture on the chin is caused by overactivity of the mentalis muscle. A small amount of treatment into this muscle smooths the chin surface, creating a more refined and polished chin appearance both at rest and in motion.
